Scope of these Terms

These Terms of Use apply to brilliquid.com, the corporate website of Brilliquid LLC. They cover your use of this site as a visitor — browsing, reading the Readings, subscribing, and contacting us.

They do not cover the BRILL.health patient platform (the BRILL.health app, patient accounts, secure messaging, or any health-related activity), which is governed by separate terms at policies.brill.health.

By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

brilliquid.com is the corporate website of Brilliquid LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. It describes our work across capital-markets advisory, market-structure-aware strategies, and applications for regulated sectors (including the BRILL.health platform); publishes the Readings, our market-structure insight; and offers a way to subscribe and to contact us.

The Readings — market-structure insight, not investment advice

The Readings are impersonal market-structure commentary of general and regular circulation, published for educational and informational purposes. They are the view beneath the surface — the plumbing, structure, and mechanics of markets — offered to the public at large.

They are not:

  • personalized investment advice, or advice that accounts for your particular circumstances;
  • an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, or to enter any transaction;
  • broker-dealer research, and they are not produced or supervised under Weild & Co.

The Readings are provided as a bona fide publication under the publisher's exclusion from the definition of "investment adviser" under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Nothing on this site should be relied upon as the basis for an investment decision. Consult your own qualified advisers, and direct securities or investment inquiries to Weild & Co. (Member FINRA / SIPC) through their published channels.

What this site is not

  • Not a securities offering. Securities and investment business is conducted through Weild & Co. (Member FINRA / SIPC), not through this site.
  • Not the BRILL.health platform. BRILL.health users should access the platform at brill.health and review its policies at policies.brill.health.
  • Not a medical resource. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

You may subscribe to receive the Readings by email. Subscribing is double opt-in — we email you a confirmation link, and you're added only after you click it. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe, and you can unsubscribe at any time. How we handle your email address is described in our Privacy Policy.

Permitted use

You may browse, read, and link to content on this site for personal, educational, or professional reference. You may share links to specific pages. You may not:

  • use the site or its content to mislead others about your relationship with Brilliquid LLC, BRILL.health, or Weild & Co.;
  • republish substantial site content as your own work;
  • submit malicious code, spam, or unlawful content through our forms;
  • attempt to bypass technical measures that protect the site's integrity.

Intellectual property

All content on brilliquid.com — text, the Readings, images, exhibits, design, and the BRILLIQUID wordmark and seal — is owned by Brilliquid LLC unless attributed to another party. The limited use described above is permitted; no other license is granted. Third-party marks and content remain the property of their owners.

No warranty; limitation of liability

This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Brilliquid LLC makes no representation that the site will be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brilliquid LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid us to use it — which, for a public site, is typically zero.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes arising from your use of this site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
